Love the app, but wish there was an option to turn the scrolling off.

This is a fun and cool app but the only thing I dont like is the inability to delete previously made banners that were meant to be temporary or rated x.

Wow, this is a great concept, executed well. My one wish is for more options for the display. I would love for it to look like little LED lights scrolling across.

Havent used it to communicate with anyone yet, just played around with it. Maybe on short messages, have the message still and scroll colors behind it-rainbow even, if possible.

Wish we could send to another iPhone!

Why the in-app purchase when this should just be an upgrade? FYI, you can get what this developer is offering plus tons of other symbols for the exact same price if you purchased another app, say the Unicode app for instance. On the downside, this requires switching between apps but Im sure it wont take more than half a minute. NOT a fan of in-app purchases here. Click yes if you agree.

For customers: this app is really cool. The concept is an original one, and besides banner, its one of the only ones. Personally, when i tried the free version of banner (the led thing) it was kinda cool, but i was fairly unimpressed. i found the more basic design of this app easier to use and more practical. I got this one when it was free, but i guess for 0.99 its worth it too. Developers: The way i think you guys can set yourselves apart from Banner is to not go the LED way. Your guys symbol thing is cool, and the more you add, i bet it just gets better. But for other things that could be interesting is that maybe you could add a scrolling notepad. You would still be able to type the stuff in and do the symbols, but if you had another option in the settings where you could write/draw with one finger then scroll over with two fingers to either continue writing or relay the message, that looks like it would be interesting. Ive also seen other people say that if you have a really short message like "hi" or something like that, keeping it on the screen without scrolling would be handy. Also, instead of having a big list of possible color schemes, would you guys be able to have a selector thing? By that i mean you select a font color option, and a background color option, and just pick which colors you want. So pretty much this app is great, one of my first page apps, but with a little tuning up, it would be right up there with Pandora and Remote (my favorites)

I own this app. I have to agree with another reviewer about charging more for in app purchase of more symbols. If you wish to charge $1.99 for new buyers instead of $ 0.99 feel free, but once an app is purchased upgrades should be free like all the other developers, many who have had major upgrades. That is why the two star rating, which I have never given an app before. Make upgrades free for prior purchasers of your app like all other developers and this rating will go up.

Was it necessary to make this only compatible with 3.1.3? There are plenty of universal iPhone/iPad apps that do not require 3.1.3 on the iPhone! WHY?

Forget Banner! This one far surpasses it. The little icons are also handy. If I had one suggestion to make, it would be great if the text didnt get shrunk in size with longer messages. I understand that the iPhone has some limitations in this area, but you can maybe find a workaround?

Stop complaining about what it doesnt have people! There will always be limitations no matter what app your talking about. It has a nice display and a creative design =)

This is a simple app, but it really does do what it says it is going to. My only complaint is that with some of the fonts, the very end tip of some of the letters gets cut off. But, this is a relatively minor complaint and Im sure it is an easy fix for the developers. Great and easy color selection and easy access to the menu make this a pretty great app.
